Customs control procedure
Stage 1 – Study of initial information
- We determine the real possibility of full compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the EAEU during customs clearance of a specific product.
- We define and specify the conditions, nuances and needs of the client based on preliminary information about the product, documentation and data.
- We select and offer a place for customs clearance of goods based on the client's conditions and logistics. Then we conclude an agreement for customs representative services
Stage 2 - Subject analysis
- We assign a ten-digit code to goods according to the EAEU TN VED.
- We calculate customs duties.
- We determine the need to apply non-tariff regulation measures and/or tariff regulation.
- We send the completed information to the client, jointly establish the completeness of the documentation and information. We receive the necessary documents
Stage 3 - Customs clearance
- We generate an electronic customs declaration for goods.
- We send the goods declaration to the customs authority for registration and verification.
- We respond to requests from customs authorities.
- If necessary, we participate in inspections and examinations of goods.
- We receive information about the release of the customs declaration
Stage 4 - Final events
- We inform about the release and procedure for exporting cargo from the customs control zone/bond warehouse, and send a copy of the issued declaration.
- We prepare and send a package of “closing” documents for payment for the service rendered (bill, invoice, AVR/U)
